We want to encourage children to take part in healthy eating and physical activity from a young age, so they have the knowledge and understanding to develop healthy habits to take with them into their teenage and adult years.
The Early LifeLab Health Warriors programme uses fun, hands-on activities to help children learn the science behind the need for:
- a healthy diet
- physical activity/exercise
- sleep
- mental wellbeing
We provide participating schools with all the information and resources they need to teach and support these lifestyle choices.
